Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary free shipping on all of our products to everyone and anyone, anywhere in the world. Each item is made with love and as ordered; so, allow a minimum of 1-3 days for your order to be processed and 7-20 business days for your purchase to arrive at your doorstep. Some countries may take longer than others to ship to. Especially during the current global health crisis, please be aware that packages are taking longer than usual to be delivered. This is due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, customs delays, thorough parcel inspections and our logistics partners experiencing a lack of staffing. In the rare occurrence your item arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund (up to the Customer's discretion), no questions asked.

All items we ship are insured. If your parcel happens to get lost in transit, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement item right away; instead we will need to wait for the "provided delivery period" to expire before being able to submit a claim with the logistics company. In these rare inconveniences, all we can ask for is your patience and cooperation; they are much appreciated as such occasions can take up to 6-8 weeks to solve.

Nevertheless, we are taking as many precautions as possible to ensure the safety & health of all parties involved with processing, shipping, and delivering your order. We have expanded our support team in order to account for the influx of customer inquires.
